• Processing time may vary during peak periods (e.g., festive seasons or major sales).

• Standard Shipping:
  • Domestic: 7-14 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days.
• Please note: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier's fulfillment center.

3. Shipping Charges:

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1,499.
• Flat Fee Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹1,499.
  (Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.)

4. Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Track your order directly on our website or via the courier partner’s platform.

5. Multiple Packages:
Since we source products from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. Rest assured, all items will be delivered promptly.

Return Policy

At BazzarVibes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and in their original condition (tags and packaging intact).
  • Free from visible signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Clearance sale items or accessories.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, personal care items).

3. Return Process:

• Step 2: We will liaise with our suppliers to confirm the return request and share further instructions.
• Step 3: Once the returned item is inspected and approved by the supplier, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the supplier confirms receipt of the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, store credit or bank transfer options are available.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. We will provide the correct address during the return process.

• Shipping Delays: Since we work with suppliers, delivery times may occasionally be impacted by customs or logistics delays. We appreciate your patience.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
